Both menus are directly connected to the ombudsman.

All reports are directed to a closed platform which is hosted outside the Yaskawa networks. Translations are made by a certified translation company right in the case number you have opened. No data is shared through other systems.

Die Übersetzungen werden von einem zertifizierten Übersetzungsbüro direkt in der von Ihnen eröffneten Fallnummer vorgenommen. Es werden keine Daten über andere Systeme weitergegeben.
